FIFTY YEARS AGO, in December 1966, Mr. Sinatra starred in his NBC-TV special, “A Man and His Music-Pt. II”. Here’s a video of Frank’s classic “That’s Life”. Its message is timeless, and his delivery is “textbook performance art”.
