Music for Wineries
The Perfect “Pairing” of Wine & Music
Your guests can relax and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere that comes with great wine and great music!
Marcy Requist loves performing and creating the kind of comforting atmosphere that music brings to any occasion. Pairing music with wine is a natural extension!
With a repertoire of over 300 songs, spanning the decades, there’s something for everyone. Whether she’s performing solo (singing & playing piano and/or singing with tracks), working as a duo with her partner, Ron Wikso on guitar, or performing with their band, “Reunion” Marcy can deliver the kind of musical experience that all guests at your winery can enjoy.
She can tailor the entertainment for all kinds of occasions, such as wine pairing dinners, corporate events, wedding receptions or cocktail hours, art shows, or any number of other events you may be hosting. Marcy will gracefully and elegantly entertain your guests and enhance everyone’s experience at your venue.

Additionally, if there are any special song requests (or other types of requests) that you or your event clients may have, Marcy will do everything she can to accommodate you and make sure the event is a smashing success!
This woman has the voice of an angel…the innocence of Karen Carpenter and the power and control of Idina Menzel! I just bought 10 CDs… 8 to give as gifts and two to keep for myself (a back-up in case I wear the first one out!).
Marcy loves music and has enjoyed performing in a variety of settings, including concerts and charitable events, as well as private events, memorial services and more.
Marcy has also worked extensively in advertising as a voiceover artist, on-screen talent in film, commercials and television, and as a print model. She also had the additional honor of being crowned Miss Iowa USA and representing her home state in the Miss USA pageant, where she had the opportunity to work alongside the legendary Dick Clark, Angie Dickinson, and Tommy Tune.
Ron Wikso is best known for his career as a drummer. Growing up on Long Island, in New York, he began playing at age 7 and began playing local gigs at the young age of 12. After attending Berklee College of Music, in Boston, he returned to work in the New York area, along with extended runs in the Caribbean, before eventually moving to Los Angeles.
There, Ron established himself as an in demand musician and went on to tour and record with such well known artists as Foreigner, Cher, CCR, Eddie Money, Richie Sambora (Bon Jovi), Gregg Rolie (Santana/Journey), David Lee Roth, Randy Meisner (Eagles), and many others.
Along the way, Ron also occassionally played guitar on various gigs, which he’s now doing with Marcy. He’s also working to produce Marcy’s music, create backing tracks for their live performances, and much more!

Marcy recorded her CD, “Covers of Comfort as a way of providing healing and soothing music to anyone who may be going through of a rough time in their life, or just wants to hear some relaxing, peaceful, and calming music in the midst of what can often be a busy, hectic, and even chaotic day.
Produced by Ron Wikso (who also played drums and percussion), the CD features the talent of some of the best musicians in the world, including Wally Minko on piano (Tom Jones, Barry Manilow, Jean Luc Ponty, Arturo Sandoval, Pink, Toni Braxton and more), Kurt Griffey on guitar (CCR, Eddie Money, Randy Meisner), Tom Evans on saxophone (the Eagles, U2, Carly Simon, Carole King, Rod Stewart), and Bihn Park on cello (Kennedy Center, Juilliard).
We invite you to listen to some samples of the music using the player to the left (or perhaps above, if you’re on a mobile device).
One of the things we like to do to enhance the events we perform at, especially charity events, is to donate a portion of any sales from our CD. We’re excited to discuss those arrangements with you!
Thank you so much!
